Investigating - Aufgrund eines Bot-Angriffs kommt es aktuell zu einer Überlast, weshalb einige Shops zeitweise nicht erreichbar sein können. Wir arbeiten bereits an einer Lösung.

eLC-Lagerabfrage - Geplante Wartungsarbeiten

Scheduled - Wegen geplanter Wartungsarbeiten kann es am 27.03.2026 zwischen 22:00 Uhr und 22:30 Uhr zu Einschränkungen bei der eLC-Lagerabfrage kommen.

Auch die Multishop-Lagerabfrage ist davon betroffen. In diesem Zeitraum kann es zu längeren Ladezeiten oder zu temporär nicht verfügbarem Lagerbestand von eLC-Artikeln kommen. Wir empfehlen daher, die Anbindung an eLC während dieses Zeitraums zu deaktivieren. Als Shop-Administrator können Sie dies unter „Einstellungen -> Lagerbestandsanzeige“ tun, indem Sie das Häkchen bei „ELC“ unter „Fremdläger abfragen“ entfernen und die Einstellung speichern.

Due to scheduled maintenance, the eLC stock availability service may be limited on 27.03.2026 between 22:00 and 22:30.

The Multishop inventory query may also be affected. During this time, you may experience longer loading times or temporarily unavailable stock information for eLC items.

We recommend disabling the eLC connection during this period. As a shop administrator, you can do this under “Settings -> Inventory Display” by unchecking “ELC” under “External Inventory Query” and saving the settings.
